Compensation & Bonus Structure
💰 Base Pay:
- Journeyman: $31 – $60/hour
- Master Electrician: $61 – $80/hour

- 5-Star Review Bonus: Per verified customer review (when your name is mentioned).

What You’ll Do (Based on Role):
- Independently handle electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical layouts.
- Provide on-the-job project updates, customer interactions, and vehicle management.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
- Train and mentor apprentice electricians.
- Handle client coordination, project estimates, and upselling opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Journeyman & Master Electricians:
- Experience in EV charger installs, sub-panels, residential rewiring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes & regulations.
- Leadership skills to train and supervise team members.
