We offer three maintenance plans tailored to different needs and budgets:

Upon selecting the desired Tier Plan, you are required to contact the AOE team (via email at zach@aoesantacruz.com, duncan@aoesantacruz.com, or by phone at (831) 282-6035) to confirm your choice of Tier. Once confirmed, the applicable monthly charges will be billed to your account on the same day that you approved the estimate until you contact the AOE team to unsubscribe. These charges will be billed at the rate specified in this estimate.
Should you decide to cancel your Preventative Electrical Maintenance Plan (PEMP) prior to completing a minimum of six (6) months under the plan, any discounts applied to work completed during the term of the plan will be reversed. These reversed amounts will be billed to you in full. For example if the original value of a completed service was $10,000 and a 15% discount ($1,500) was applied to your selected Tier, you will be charged that $1,500 in the event of early cancellation.
If you cancel the Preventative Electrical Maintenance Plan (PEMP) after the six (6) month minimum term, you will not be required to repay any previously applied discounts.
